1. How many people does the company employ?
Approximately 35, although the number will increase as the company business expands. It is interesting to note that a large fraction of the employees are PhD graduates.
2. When does the company report financial results?
The company held its last Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 October 2007; we anticipate holding this year's AGM at the end of October 2008. The results for the year to 31 March 2008 will be published at least 21 clear days before the AGM, in accordance with the provisions of the companies act.

14. What is the company's core business?
The technical description is "ViaLogy is a leading innovator of network-centric, real-time signal processing platforms for sensor applications". In Janet-and-John language that means we provide unique solutions for processing valid information sent by sensors and other transmitting devices, no matter who made them. We can then automatically distribute the results to a myriad of receivers made by a variety of manufacturers.
15. Who are your competitors?
Several other companies offer sound solutions. We honestly do not know any other company that can do so as speedily, efficiently and cost-effectively as ViaLogy. Our technology was born in the laboratories of NASA/JPL, ViaLogy has developed it over several years and all aspects of our work are patented.
16. What is your target market?
We are working with manufacturers in sensor interoperability, border security, infrastructure security, missile seeking accuracy, foodborne diseases, waterborne diseases, epidemics, face recognition, oil and gas exploration and mass spectrometry.
17. Who are you main customers?
Security and commercial reasons preclude us from giving complete details of our customers and the projects we are involved with on their behalf. But it is well-known that we number such international names as Boeing and Cisco among our clients.
18. Where do you foresee the main growth of the business?
From the answer to 16 (above) you will see we are involved in a wide variety of applications. Probably the best answer in a single word: Sensor Applications.
19. What are the company's main competitive strengths?
We have a unique technologies and a dedicated, talented and well-qualified workforce.
20. What is the geographical split of sales?
We work mainly with global companies. ViaLogy is headquartered in Pasadena, CA, where the laboratories are situated. We have an office in London, England, and the AIM stock exchange, on which ViaLogy is quoted, is centered there.
